Shipping Policy 

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: Free 

• Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues or public holidays.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages
Shastra Home is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. Shastra Home is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If the package is returned to us, re-shipping charges may apply.
